1. Click START MENU
2. Go to RUN...and type regedit
3. The registry box will be appear
4. Choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
5. Then click SYSTEM
6. Next click CurrentControlSet
7. Next click Control
8. Then click ContentIndex
9. At the right side search StartupDelay
10. Modify the StartupDelay from Hexadecimal to Decimal and change value data to 40000 then click ok
11. Finish
*To test it, reboot your computer and see how fast it open the windows
